PIG ROASTS
Hog Only: Serves about 65
Fully cooked hog brought to you, self serve, includes sauce & paper products.
Pig Package: Serves about 65
Same as "Hog Only" includes two sides, rolls, sauce & paper products.
Full-Cater Pig Roast: Serves 100
Includes the hog & extra meat, two sides, rolls, sauce & paper products. Served buffet style. For parties over 100, add $7.95/person for extra servings of meat, sides, etc.
Extras: If your party is over 65 people, you can add more meat to “Hog Only” package for $4.95 per person. You can also add extra meat, sides, etc to the "Pig Package" for just $6.95 per person.
A $100.00 refundable deposit is required for "Hog Only" and "Pig Package" deliveries for the custom hog rack. Pig roasts require a minimum 2 week notice and a $200.00 deposit. Pig roasts are subject to availability.

Pick-up Packages: For parties of 10 minimum. 48 Hours advance notice is required for parties of 10–50 people. One week notice is required for parties of 50 or more. Tell us what time you want it, and we’ll have it ready to go. Please specify if you want your bulk food items hot or cold. If you don't plan on serving right away, we recommend that you pick up your items cold and reheat them later. We will provide reheat instructions upon request.

Delivery Orders: Delivery orders require a 50-person minimum and one week notice is required. We will come in and set up chaffing dishes to keep the food hot and supply serving utensils. We ask a $50.00 deposit for utensils and dishes, deposit is refunded when items are brought back. Please call for delivery area, a charge may be applied for distances over 10 miles.

Full Serve Buffet: We will come to your location, set up and serve. Full serve requires a 100 person minimum. Full serve is subject to availability, please call for full service area. A minimum two weeks notice is recommended.
