CATERING PACKAGES (PRICE IS PER PERSON)
BBQ Meat Choices; Pulled Pork, Chicken (bone-in), Pigken, Smoked Italian Sausage, or Smoked Turkey. (Beef Brisket add $3.00 per person)
*Packages Include; two sides (additional sides-$3.00 per person), Rolls and House/Hot BBQ sauce bottles.
*Add Paper Products (plates, plasticware, serving utensils and napkins) $2.50 per
person.
*Prices are per person for pick up. 10 Person minimum.
*All items are packaged in Aluminum Pans.
*We recommend one week minimum notice for catering packages. During our busy catering season (June-August) we recommend 2 weeks in advance. Availability may be restricted on certain days based on orders all ready placed.
*Delivery service is limited and subject to availability. Please call for availability and
service fees.
*We sell Wire Racks with Water Pans and Sternos for $15.00 a set. These will keep
your food items warm.
